Established in 2016 by Jerry and Terri Turnbull, Wisconsin Pump Works is dedicated to delivering premier pump services and products to the communities of Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. With a commitment to fair pricing, industry expertise, and exceptional customer service, we pride ourselves on conducting business with integrity and professionalism.

As part of the Iowa Pump Works family, founded in 2010, Wisconsin Pump Works and its sister company, Minnesota Pump Works (established in 2012), extend our comprehensive range of pump sales, service, repair, and consulting across Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Our team of over 50 full-time professionals operates from six fully equipped service shops, supported by a fleet of service and crane trucks, ensuring we can undertake projects of any scale with reliability and expertise.

In 2023, the trio was acquired by United Flow Technologies (UFT), a leading platform in the municipal and industrial water and wastewater market. Through strategic partnerships with industry leaders, UFT has established itself as a national provider of process, pump, automation & control, and other equipment solutions.

We serve as manufacturers’ representatives, collaborating with top-tier equipment providers to deliver world-class products, efficient solutions, and invaluable services to municipalities and industrial clients across the United States. Also known for his consistent decision-making, respectful client/team interactions, and loyalty both on and off the job! Just to keep things interesting, Pete enjoys pyrotechnics and fireworks! Yep, you read that right.

  • Our Branch Manager is our in-house product expert! If he doesn't know the answer, he will find it for you right away! Originally from northern Minnesota, Bailey is transitioning to a Packers fan (this could take a minute). If you stop by the Green Bay office you might get to meet Kona, his loyal German Pointer, who is never far from his side! The two of them enjoy hunting, fishing, and exploring beautiful Wisconsin when they're not at work.

Since joining us in May 2020, Rob has been actively engaged in empowering and guiding our team members. His passion for mentoring shines through in his day-to-day activities, whether he's preparing corporate presentations or creating impactful training materials for our sales team. Rob's dedication to mentoring, training, and consulting makes him an invaluable asset to the Iowa Pump Works. family.

Anthony Wright

  • In his role as a Corporate Electrical Specialist, Anthony works with electricity and automatic systems, specializing in troubleshooting controls and resolving electrical issues. He provides crucial electrical support to the team, showcasing his proficiency in handling complex technical challenges. Anthony is also involved in training a new team member about controls, highlighting his commitment to knowledge-sharing within the organization. He finds satisfaction in fixing electrical issues and takes pride in his expertise.
  • Outside the realm of circuits and wires, Anthony enjoys various 'manly stuff,' including propagating trees, plants, and succulents. Anthony enjoys working on his house and finds solace in motorcycle and adventure bike rides through the Minnesota forests.

  • Jason Draeger has over 15 years of experience in the pump business and has been with us since 2017 as a Territory Account Manager. Jason is dependable, outgoing, intuitive, and committed to client satisfaction in addition to his extensive industry knowledge. He is also a good listener and pays close attention to what customers need. When he’s not working, you can find Jason enjoying family time or on the golf course.
